Crowding
When there isn't enough space for teeth to align, causing overlap, rotation, or twisting. We stage space creation and IPR.
Spacing
Excess gaps between teeth. Our setups close spacing predictably while maintaining a natural, balanced arch form.
Rotations
One or more teeth rotated out of alignment. We plan controlled de-rotation with appropriate attachments.
Crossbite
Lower teeth overlapping the outer surface of upper teeth, front or back. We map corrective movements stage by stage.
Open Bite
No vertical overlap between upper and lower teeth when closed. We plan extrusion and bite-closing mechanics.
Overbite

How does the STL to DSD workflow work?
Register on our portal, upload your STL files, and our planning team receives your case. Designers build your treatment and upload DSD deliverables. You download the files from your dashboard when the case is marked complete.
What makes your aligner treatment planning different?
Aligner planning is our primary focus. Every case includes tooth segmentation, clinically sound staging, attachment design, IPR mapping, and QA review — delivered in ArchForm, Maestro 3D, BlueSkyPlan, or your preferred platform.
What scan formats do you accept for aligner cases?
We accept STL, PLY, OBJ, and ZIP exports from intraoral scanners (iTero, Trios, Medit, etc.) plus clinical photos and PDF prescriptions up to 100MB per file.
What is your aligner planning turnaround time?
Standard aligner plans are targeted within 24 hours. Complex multi-phase or refinement cases may take 2–3 business days. Priority turnaround is available for lab partners.
Do you offer other dental design services?
Yes — crown & bridge, implant prosthetics, surgical guides, and more are available as secondary services. Aligner treatment planning remains our specialty.
Is patient data secure?
Yes. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security, signed URLs, and role-based access controls. Contact us for security documentation.
Can I request revisions to a treatment plan?
Absolutely. Use the case messaging system to request staging adjustments, attachment changes, or IPR modifications. Revisions are included per our service agreement.
